RTS release means “Ready to Ship”, meaning what is listed has already been made and cannot be customized. It is as pictured and takes from up to a week after purchase to ship out.
MTO release means “Made to Order” meaning what is listed has NOT been made yet.
With these items you can order something in your size/ length/color choice - as it is made to order and can be altered to better fit your desires.
MTO releases can take up to 4-12 weeks to make depending on the number of MTO orders that are placed. Occasionally we may need to extend an expected shipping date.
All MTO purchases are not exchangeable, as these have been custom made for you. Therefore it’s crucial to discuss all important details such as sizing, height, color etc. in advance (email us at shop.threadsofcreation@gmail.com).
If you have ordered a RTS (ready to ship) piece please allow up to 1 week for it to be shipped.
If you have ordered a MTO item (made to order) refer to the above question in FAQs for MTO items to see the guidelines for estimated shipping dates of your purchase.
Yes, we do ship worldwide. Rates are calculated depending upon size and weight of the item and its destination - according to DHL, UPS or USPS.
Shop releases will be announced through our email updates if you have subscribed to the Threads of Creation email list, as well as on social media platforms, like Instagram and Facebook.
